Fuzhou Institute of Technology (FIT) is entitled as the "Fuzhou Entrepreneurship and Innovation Demonstration Center"
On September 18, 2018, the official website of Fuzhou Science and Technology Bureau announced that FIT was entitled as the "Fuzhou Entrepreneurship and Innovation Demonstration Center" by the Fuzhou Municipal Government.
In order to speed up the implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy and actively adapt to the new normal of economic development, the Fuzhou Municipal Government has taken many measures. For example, the government has integrated resources, reformed and improved policy incentives for all companies, created excellent service models and fostered an innovative culture. These measures will inject vitality into innovation and entrepreneurship in the whole society, drive employment by entrepreneurship and promote development by innovation. Moreover, they will also help to construct the ecosystem of entrepreneurship and innovation so as to achieve steady growth, expand employment, promote the smooth and healthy development of the city's social economy, and vigorously promote the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship demonstration centers.
