GMTech is Awarded "The Headquarter-Level Client of ICBC"

On October 16, GMTech and ICBC (Industrial and Commercial Bank of China) signed the "Headquarter-to-Headquarter Cooperation Agreement” in Beijing, GMTech then became one of the 100 head office level cooperative clients of ICBC. Yi Huiman, chairman of ICBC, and Gu Shu, president of ICBC, jointly awarded the plaque "The Headquarter-Level Client of ICBC" to 23 private enterprises including GMTech.

Private economy is an important part of the national economy. It plays an important role in accelerating economic development, promoting industrial upgrading and ensuring people's livelihood and employment. The Central Committee of CPC (Communist Party of China) has repeatedly stressed the two "unwavering" and fully shown its support and protection for private enterprises. Yi Huiman, chairman of ICBC, said at the signing ceremony that the strength of a nation relies on the strength of its enterprises and the strength of a nation’s economy relies on the strength of private enterprises. ICBC would increase its financing support to private enterprises and provide better financial services. After a full evaluation, ICBC selected high-quality private backbone enterprises to give greater financial support, which reflected its responsibility of supporting private enterprises and the real economy.
